Hi!
Some people on Scratch do not speak English! In fact about half of the people on scratch use other languages!
So today, I am going to teach you all a code of how to translate on projects!
If you are on commenting or something that is not a project you can use Google Translator!
( This is not a mobile friendly way )

Go to the code bar on the side of your screen and look at the very bottom. There you should see a blue box with two small blocks and a + on it.
Click that. Then press translate and when you look at your tool bar again you should see a greenish new block setting!
There you can translate all you want!

What If were using The Say And Not Text To Speech?

As In

say [あの！えっーとスクラッチでオンラインゲームをやるのは違反こういですよ] for (2) secs
