What position are you applying for: Any writing position (By the looks of what you offer I can do all of them fairly well, probably with fiction writing being my strong point, dystopia my strongest genre) and maybe lyric writer
Why do you want to work with us: I've seen the kind of thing that happens here and I think the shop looks really interesting. Everyone looks really friendly and the customers look to be so too. It also looks really organised, judging by the T&C section.
Please show us some example projects: I don't have any lyric examples because the song I've started writing is no-where near finished but for writing:

I laugh, the mixture of nervous butterflies and excited spikes of adrenaline bubbling in my stomach. It seemed unreal- me, the first human to time travel, ever. Maybe I'm dreaming, and this is all just in my head. I pinch myself. Nope, definitely not. I look around me. There was about two dozen scientists standing on iron-railed paths on the blindingly white walls, each wearing equally shockingly white lab coats, and some holding clipboards covered in graphs and charts that meant nothing to me. They are all seemingly talking quickly, in hushed voices, glancing to me, each other, and more often than not the tall, glass cylinder in the middle of the floor, twisting up to the roof like a great, unstoppable monster towering over everyone. Wires and control panels litter the outside of the cage, all of it illuminated by the dead light that shines meekly through the curtains. In a few minutes I'd be stood in there, about to travel just one hour into the future. I glance down at my suit. I can't help but feel like I look like an astronaut- it's made from thick rubber and I am completely hidden in it, with a large helmet to add to the effect. I can't hear anything outside of the suit. A scientist steps in front of me and offers me a smile. She points to the cylinder and I take this as my cue to step inside. I do so. A large screen in front of me counts down. 60… 59… 58…

Soon I will be one hour into the future- the first person to time travel, ever. I was making history.

I close my eyes and hold my breath. 3. 2. 1.

There's a flash of light, and it feels like I'm exploding, imploding, freezing and melting all at once. But as soon as the feeling came, it disappears. I press a hand to the wall of the cylinder. I'm dizzy. Really, really dizzy. The world isn't just spinning, it was swooping by in great circles around me. I close my eyes again, and wait ten seconds before opening. That's a bit better. The clock provided on the side of the cage told me it was 10:58am. My breath catches in my throat. Just a minute ago it had been 9:58am. I have time travelled. But something feels off… I couldn't be sure what, though, and brush the feeling off as I turn to the thick, bulletproof iron door, and gently, ever so gently, begin to push it open.

I wasn't ready for what I saw outside. I never would be.

Everyone was dead.
