no because what if someone needs a certain emoji for a forum post and that emoji isn't in the current goal, people should be able to make emojis freely

i added all of these (thanks lolecksdeehaha, they look amazing), except:
Frowning Face, because it was exactly the same as Slightly Frowning face, so i made a more frowny one
Face With Crossed Out Eyes, because the one we have is closer to how it normally looks with an open mouth
Alien Monster, because i can't decide if our current one is better just because it fills the whole space

for the last one we could probably draw a new, bigger version, or add shading to the one we've got.

dark blue, pink and grey hearts are upcoming, the squares and circles aren't but some of them are used for buttons so i drew them all anyway. the crosses are ones that already exist but we don't have them yet.
(actually it's light blue hearts that are upcoming, but our current blue is the same as our light blue buttons so i treated it as light blue)
