I love the banner and the title - excellent! The front page has an About although maybe some latest news or reviews or directory could be added to fill up the space. I feel there could be some formatting to the about as otherwise it looks like a big paragraph…

Bold and underlined are used pretty consistently, although in lost of places I feel quote boxes could be useful to clarify information. Also sometimes there is an inconsistency with centering/alignment as some parts are not all centered and for me that niggles me! Maybe a shop colour to and Directory but overall very nice

One, when I said examples, I meant links to pieces of work.

Two, its not a job you get paid for, lol. Basically, people who need help with something (say coding in your example) will come to the request forum and go to a shop (lets say ours for this example). In our shop, they'll look through the market place and look at people's examples. When they find someone who they would like to make their code, they'll fill out the form and the person will make it for them.

Thats the basic explanation. If you can give me some links to pieces of work for examples, I'll add you to the marketplace!
