You must be kind and respectful at all times.
Give reasonable deadlines for the worker to complete.
Check your serial number to know if it is yours and do not take others' orders.

Actually you didn't have to close that and open a new one. If you reported your first post and asked there to be moved to requests, it would have happened. And for changing the name you could press edit for the first post and there two boxes are there, the bottom one edits the first post whole the top one edits the topic name
