to keep the all organised. i also was thinking that we could make an online js plugin to allow people to replace emojis on their website with these, it'd be actually cool (but we'd need the unicode codepoints)

it's also used for the source code of the bbcode generator

This image is hosted in assets. Assets randomly resizes the image, but it is 15x15.

I don't think assets resizes images at all. It might be your image editor.

If you draw bitmap images in the editor, they get stored at twice the size. That's probably what they meant.
