We have no order limits!

Our main goal with this shop is to give all the different users of Scratch a single place where they can come to get art. Maybe you're a game designer, we've got thumbnails! Maybe you spend most of your time in the Forums… guess what? we have personalized signatures/banners.

1. Do not order anything inappropriate
2. If you feel as though your order wasn't seen, just ask a staff member and please don't spam!
3. Please allow a minimum of 3 days for our staff to complete your order
4. If you don't like your order please ask our staff what you would like changing, in detail, and kindly
5. If you ask for a specific staff member to complete your order please check if they're active and also allow a minimum of 5 days for your order to be completed
6. Be Nice

1. When you have decided that you are going to help a customer with their order, please say “Taken”
2. If a customer doesn't like an order that you made for them, work with them to correct it
3. Answer to the activity checks every month, or please notify staff that you will be “going on break”
4. Include the word “fine” or “finest” in your application form to show that you have read the rules and will follow them (dont make it obvious)
5. Missing an activity check without an active leave form will result in a strike, 3 strikes and you will be fired
6. If you accept an order and then cannot help them, notify another staff member/head staff and ask for their help. Please provide your reasoning on doing so (ex. you hand in an order and they ask for changes you cannot provide)

Stars and Strikes
⭐ Star // ★ Strike

“How do I receive a ⭐?”

When you complete 5 orders you will receive a ⭐!

“Why did I get a ★?”

This means you got a Strike
This could have happened if you didn't reply to an activity check in time, if you were rude to a customer, or if you didn't follow the Order Guidelines correctly (eg. not notifying customer in the correct place)
★ This is just a warning
★★ Also just a warning but now we are keeping a close eye on you!
★★★ You will be fired BUT you can still work here! you just have to re-apply after 1 week!
although you may have worked here previously, re-applying does not mean that you will be re-hired

“How do I get rid of a ★?”

There are 2 ways you can do this!
1. The staff feels like you learned from your mistake and has removed your ★
2. You have completed 5 orders and received a ⭐! However, instead of receiving this star, your ★ is removed

Other important information

- If you have been fired but re-hired, your ★ will stay!!
- If you have a ⭐ and receive a ★, you cannot use that star to remove your strike
- you can have multiple ⭐, showing how many orders you have completed (eg. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ = 20 orders completed)

Order Guidelines

Taking an Order

When you are taking an order, please quote the order and write "Taken!“ or ”Accepted!". These are just the basics, you can also add onto this (eg. Accepted! Your order is now being worked on!)

Use this to write in Green:

If a customer orders something that we do not provide, please don't accept the order! instead, wait for a Head Staff Member to reply to it.
If you are unsure if you can take the order, ask a Head Staff Member!

Notifying A Player

Once you have completed an order, return to this shop and post it. If you are unsure of what to write, you can do something along these lines:

"Your order has been Completed @their.username,
(their order) if their order is a image, add the image as well as the “link” they have to write to use the image
If you would like anything changing let me know! and please consider leaving us a review"

As well as this, you should notify them where they say to on their Order Form. You can write something like this:

“Your order from ʀᴇɴᴀɪꜱꜱᴀɴᴄᴇ ᴀʀᴛ ꜱʜᴏᴘ has been completed, find it (here)”

A MVC is a “Most Valued Customer”. The orders made by a MVC will become our highest priority and will be completed quickly and perfectly*

How do I become an MVC?

To become an MVC you just have to be a regular shopper! Once you have ordered from us 5 times you will be added to our list!
