First Look 6/10
You have your shop name and some info in your title, but no fancy fonts or symbols. Your front page has a nice directory and some BBcode, but it seems quite blank.

BBCode Formatting 8/10
Overall, you have good BBcode layouts for each page. Don't be afraid to use the big and small font options. You can use a hex color picker to get a shop color and use it to make your shop more unique.

Product Quality 9/10
It was very well done but I did ask for pastel rainbow background and the background was still quite vibrant. Overall it was pretty good!

Speed 10/10
No improvements

Customer Service 10/10
No improvements

Accessibility 10/10
You have lots of resources as well as a history/log to track the shops progress.

Overall 69/100

A few things to improve and make your shop even better would be:
Add special fonts or symbols to your title
Add a description about the shop on the front page
use the big and small font options and try getting a shop color
Try to pay attention to the specific colors requested in the order form
