The website is received via a zip file containing the source code of the website, which is put directly on a web server
The idea is that scratchers will develop websites with html, css, php, and jscript, so that you dont have to do it yourself

I think you should accept. But we should first know that how are they giving the zip file. If it is in a way ST doesn't support, you shouldn't. But otherwise it would be good(i can also do very basic website making so i know what he is talking about and not just saying anything)
