This is gonna be a tough one!

Description (colours, images, text etc.): (Like the pfp of theChAOTiC) The background is completely black, with a white figure in the center. It starts at the bottom, at the waist. The head of the figure is about (if the box was but into forths from bottom to tom) 3/4 of the way to the top. Like theChAOTiC pfp, the white figure goes up and down, and has the same effects, like the glitch. The figure is standing strait up, and is making a peace sigh on the right side of the image. There is a noticeable grin on his face, but no other facial details can be seen, it's all white but one smile in the middle.

Sory to sound rude but this is a lot to order from a shop. This is stuff for professionals, we just do it for fun. This is basically half of your project, the walk cycle, backdrops fly cycle, everything is basically left with the shop to do for free. People have real lives too, they won't spend a week making backgrounds and sprites they can't even use.

Sorry. You can do one thing, order one thing from different shops. I also suggest you go to smaller shops as it'll help them out AND you'll get your order done faster because they might have a fairly small amount of orders.
