Rule 1 - Be kind to the staff
Rule 2 - Give a minimum of 3 days for your order to be completed once taken (6 days if a package, 5 days if ordering 3 or more items)
Rule 3 - Be patient. Your order will be taken eventually
Rule 4 - If you don't like the result of your order, be politely ask the staff to re-do it, and be specific on which parts you want them to change.
Rule 5 - If you want to work here, include the word ‘Iced’ or ‘Magic’ in your form (Hide it well, individual words will not be accepted)
Rule 6 - If you are fired, you can only re-apply after two weeks
