Banner: 10/10 - The banner is aesthetic, like your shop, and matches slightly to the coloured main body text. Beautiful!

Quality: 9/10 - A beautiful aesthetic, to make it even better perhaps try doing all cheese-hole leaves or all grass-related it even linked but it was still great!

First Impressions: 8.5/10
Everything is very organized and aesthetically pleasing. I love how you use food items as the titles of your services, it shows how you really took your theme “Classy Cafe” to heart. The only thing I would suggest fixing is removing/filling out the blank template spots (the portfolios, partners/federations)

BBCode: 10/10
The use of your official colours is great and all your BBCode seems to be working correctly!

Quality: 7/10
I asked for a banner and received a thumbnail? I'm not sure what it is but I would not class it as a banner. I also feel as though the text could've been a bit larger, to make it more legible.

Customer Service: 8/10
My order was taken and completed within a couple minutes; no complaints with the speed! However, I asked to be notified on my profile, and I was not.

Overall: 8.3/10
- I would suggest making the shop your own, getting rid of the template outlines
- Be more careful when reading orders and notify players in the correct place!

Overall: This shop has good service, super speedy staff and looks amazing! The quality is okay but im sure that this shop will become better over time!
