Guidelines

Customer Guidelines
Do not be rude to our employees if you are unhappy with a job.
Please be patient whilst we are preparing orders.
If no one has accepted and taken your order after two days, let me know in the comments on my profile.
Be specific in your requirements so we can get them right.
Do not take another customers order.

Employee Guidelines
Do not be rude to the customer, stay polite.
Try to take one order a fortnight (if there is one available).
Do not give a ‘fee’ such as a follow, or a love or fav for your work.
Let me know if you are going to be off Scratch for more than a week.
Always include a watermark of both you and the customers username unless explicitly requested not to.

Here are a few reminders of what being in our federation means:

Your shop will receive an instant review (probably after this post!) from our experienced reviewers, unless of course, you asked for it to be delayed/cancelled
If you need a shop banner and/or BBCode then let us know by replying to this post and we will give you further information
Your shop, unless you've otherwise stated, will be signed up for monthly reviews that give you detailed feedback on your shop
We will carry out periodic activity checks for our shops to help keep our joined shop list up to date
You can ask for a one-off review, in-between monthly reviews (this only applies to shops who've had their review before the 16th to avoid staff overstretching)
We ask you put up our banner and a link to our shop (see here for all the resources)
Finally, keep an eye out for our federation awards! These are friendly contests between our shops that reward the winners with achievement banners. More information will be shared when one such event opens!

First Look 8/10
The homepage and the title look quite empty. In my opinion, a shop's homepage and title are the main things to attract customers. The other pages are very informative but. My suggestion is that you merge the “Reviews” and “News” pages with the homepage, create a “Services/Products We Provide” section on it and move the “Membership” and “Events, Competitions” sections in their place. For the title, you can write - | Chic Cottage | A Chic Design, A Chic You! | (write some products you offer here) | Hiring and Open! |

You have used the “big” and “quote” tag perfectly. It just needs some other colors than the default one.
