The footer on the front page is an area at the bottom of every page of the Scratch Website. It contains Scratch-related links which either are official websites that have to do with Scratch, informational pages about Scratch, or subpages of the main Scratch website.

What is the Scratch Wiki?
The Scratch Wiki is a collaboratively-written wiki available for free that provides information about the Scratch programming language and its website, history, and phenomena surrounding it. The wiki is supported by the Scratch Team, but is primarily written by Scratchers. The Scratch Wiki is a popular source of information for scripts and tutorials, and it continues to grow as Scratchers use it as their primary source of information. This could also include advanced articles for Scratchers around the world to build, share, and see.

By the way, did you know…
… that at one point, a stray semicolon appeared in the footer as a glitch, and this is brought back every April Fools’ Day?

Well scratch changed the way that youtube videos function directly from Scratch so this trick doesn't work anymore.
