Everyone
• Must be kind and respectful to everyone else
• Must not spam, post off-topic or do anything similar
• Must not be rude or hateful

Customers
• Can only order X times a week
• Must not give a deadline of less than X days
• If your deadline is ‘anytime’, ‘there is none’, ‘take your time’ etc then it will technically never be overdue and so don't complain if other orders are prioritised
• Can always politely ask for changes to their order
• Must credit the shop and/or worker for their order
• Must try and review their order

Staff
• Must not spam, bump excessively or be rude else receive a strike (*)
• You will be fired after three strikes (***)
• You will be removed from the BoD after 2 strikes (**)
• Staff must wait until they've been in the shop for X amount of time before filling out a promotion form

Your title does have your shop name and extra information, but it has no fancy text or symbols. You use your shop colors often on your homepage, but the homepage is very blank.

BBCode Formatting 9/10
When it comes to BBcode, this shop does a good job! You use quotes effectively, and you have underlined and bold text too! Only thing to improve would be using bigger and smaller fonts more often!
