By ordering or working at ScratchE, you agree to the following terms:

1. General Information
1.1 - ScratchE is a shop that offers products free of charge to all customers and employees. If an employee is found attempting to charge a customer for a product with social actions, it is a violation of the shops and points policy, and that employee will receive a strike.

1.2 - All customers are asked to be polite and courteous to staff members when ordering or posting in the forum, discussion thread, and official studio.

1.3 - Products purchased by customers are required to be credited to the employee who completed your order. Not putting proper credit is a violation of the Community Guidelines.

2. Purchasing Products (customer)
2.1 - All customers are asked to be specific as possible when filling out their order. Not including enough detail may result in something you did not wish to order.

2.2 - Please provide an appropriate time frame for an employee to complete your order.

2.3 - It is highly suggested that you fill out a review form after you have received your order.

2.4 - If you have any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to the employee who took your order, or post on this thread.

3. Taking Orders (employee)
3.1 - Please only take an order if you know you can complete it.

3.2 - You are required to notify the customer when their order is complete.
