Review for the Defenestration Shoppe

Title: 8.5/10 - The title does have coloured emojis - which I always love but could do with perhaps some symbols/fancy text? You could also add your motto or ‘open to orders’ or ‘partnering’ or ‘now with packages’ to your title to add even more information. Your front page has a directory and looks very good but I think organising things with quote OR without quotes would look better then a few in quote boxes a few not.

Banner: 9/10 - Criticism on my own banner The banner displays your shop title and motto which is always good but is a very very odd size! It's not too big I'd definitely try getting it fixed (It's actually really annoying me I'll see what I can do about that!)

Quality: 7/10 - The quality was pretty good but not the best I've seen, but the staff member did let me know they were new to the product which was very informative of them - I appreciate that.

Customer Service: 10/10 - Very polite and informative with a great ‘have a nice day!’ that I love to see. No improvements :)

Overall: /810- As I new shop I'm very impressed! However adding a few things to your title and front page; fixing the banner and practicing making your products. Well done!
