Feathered Finds Review #1

First Look (8.5/10)

Alright - let's see. Your title uses some symbols and a fancy font for the “Feathered Finds”, however maybe you should make the whole title using that exact same font. Also, it may be more beneficial to use colored symbols as well, to attract more customers and stand out in the Requests Forum. It's good that you have a reviews section on the front page, as it helps give a good impression to the customer at first glance. But- your directory on the first post is in small text while the directories on one post are in big text, another in regular text, and another in small text. Maybe change that. As time goes by, there will be more reviews in your shop, so maybe put the Services/Products section above the Reviews section so customers don't have to scroll all the way down to get to that section? Your banner is also quite good, not the standard size but it isn't much of a deal. You linked Ihatr's Images as well, which is good! That's all I have to say in this section though. On to the next one!

Originality (10/10)

You offer unique products like Poems and Follow You projects. I've never seen any of those in other shops before. Keep coming up with unique and original ideas!

Staff (9/10)

You have a decent amount of staff for your current shop size. They all have no strikes too, great! Although, you may want to add more BoD positions than just Owner and Co-Owner.

Your BBCode is really good, and it makes all the posts organised and tidy. Well done! it bothers me that on the partnerships page all the banners are squished together but it's probably just me and it's no big deal.

The product was good! It was modern and futuristic, like I asked - although it does seem a little bit empty. Try adding a little more to the thumbnail! If you're not sure, ask the customer!

Taken in a day, finished in about 3 days. That's quite fast!

Customer Service was okay. I wasn't actually following the topic, as I was expecting to be notified on my profile. So I decided to visit the shop again and check the progress on my order - but it turns out it was actually done The message was “Your order is done!!! -project link-” However, there could be a lot more to it, such as thanking the customer for ordering, encouraging them to leave a review or come again, asking the customer to let the employee know if they need any changes. or saying “Have a great day!”. You could also give instructions on how to make it the thumbnail of a project, in case they don't know.

Accessibility (10/10)

Your shop is really accessible, with a directory and a link for the Bump Banner, great!

Partnerships (9/10)

You have many partnerships. Try coming up with ideas to help each other besides the usual advertising and helping each other with orders?
