Shop Layout - 8/10

The overall appearance of the shop is very neat, organised and not cluttered. I love the colours of the shop which are green and brown because they add uniqueness and for with the spring theme of the shop.

The banner is beautiful, my only suggestion would be to add your shop motto to it (:

Customer Service - 10/10

My order was done swiftly, within a day, and was better than expected! I was notified in both places I wanted. The workers here are very polite and friendly

Overall - 18/20

This shop, although very new, will, I'm sure, be very successful with its sleek design and wonderful staff. To be even better, add a motto to your banner and perhaps create a portfolio or example orders to show your skills.
