Super Skill Store Review #1

First Look (9.5/10)

Your front page looks really nice! The banner is simple but it looks pretty good! The Reviews section on the front page is also a nice touch don't put this one on it lol since that will be the first thing a new customer would see - a lot of positive reviews! Then in the “Things We Sell” section there is a statement “Try requesting something that is not on our list”. It's great to have a shop that always tries new things! Your “About This Shop” section is also quite nice - it helps new customers learn more about this fine shop! Anyways, your front page is amazing, but my only critique is to add a fancy font to the title. This is optional, but it sometimes helps draw in customers!

Originality (N/A/10)

I cannot rate this section as your shop doesn't really have any original ideas besides the packages no offence . It would be great to have more original ideas, like a motto (slogan, if you prefer), official colors, special offers, benefits for partners, etc.

Staff (10/10)

You are quite a big shop, with quite a sustainable amount of staff. Everyone seems happy to work here, and I can't see any off-topic posts or spam, and none of your staff has any strikes, well done!

Bulletin Board Code Formatting (10/10)

You seem to have great skill when it comes to BBCode. All your posts are formatted and organised, good job!

Product Quality (7.5/10)

Not quite what I was expecting, but the staff surprised me. I was expecting the staff to ask what I wanted exactly what I wanted on my profile - the font - the text - the images. Although they didn't ask, I was somewhat pleased with the product, although it was cluttered. The pink-blue-yellow lightning gif didn't really match with the rest of the banner - but it was okay.

Speed (11/10)

After a few minutes since I ordered, a worker took it and said they would be done after school, but then another worker responded and took the order and finished it in under 20 minutes. That's almost instant delivery! This - is the best aspect of The Super Skill Store - the speed. You did really good on this one!

Customer Service (6.5/10)

Even with the amazing speed mentioned earlier, the customer service - is not so outstanding. It might have been just the worker though. As I stated in the form - in the “are you following this shop” section, I filled it in with “why?????” But the worker didn't notify me on my profile until the next day. Besides that, there wasn't a link to the completed order on the notification on my profile. There are a few ways you could improve when messaging customers after completing orders.
