For anyone who has no idea what I'm talking about, I was known on TIPS for often saying the 9 + 10 = 21 meme, and it grew so much that it turned into a whole massive meme chat on TIPS that was pretty epic. Me asking “what's 9 + 10?” is practically a staple of TIPS, and I just couldn't let the day with the literal date 9/10/21 go by without saying anything. I hope Cong sees this but if not, oh well.
