New scratchers or scratchers who are new to the forums will probably not read all the rules, and just bump the shop whenever they want to. Besides, this is like an unwritten rule in all shops and other people should be used to this by now.

Like you say, new people come it all the time. You might be surprised that many do read the rules. (we're not all 8 years old you know) Not everyone is used to it. It's in the rules or it's not a rule.
