Yeah the whole thing can stay the same because i just worked out how to use canva so i dont need it

Yes! Welcome! Just keep in mind as BOD you will need to respond to special activity checks, not just regular ones. And make sure you're active. As BOD, I expect you to conduct one activity check each month. No pressure, I understand you work at a lot of shops. Also, I'm adding intros and outros to what we offer.
