Do you use strikes? NO. NEVER. I use the opposit : rewards. Every month I organize a ranking. Every order is achieved with a qualification from the client. The best worker (with the best quality average services) gets a star.

and becomes the worker of the month. However, if a worker is too much time inactive, he is taken away from the ranking. But that's all.

Unfortunately, The Shopping Mall 13.0 was closed due to the owner being inactive. If you would like to join the new one The Shopping Mall 14.0 (The Shop Directory 14.0) please go to this link and fill out the form. I will add every shop that wants to be added to the updated one.
