Because you're a bit newer and don't have many work examples, why don't you try doing this test order:

Username: Joe
What would you like?: A PFP and banner
Description: I would like the emoji on a white and blue striped background. Then my name (joe) in the background, but right above the emoji. for the banner make it my pfp on a wide black strip, with my name in white on both sides of the pfp on the black strip.
Urgency Level: 7/10
Due Date: 5/17/2021 mm/dd/yy (Actually do it by that day)
Are you following this shop? (Topic): Yes.
Where would you like us to contact you?: Here.
Other: None.
