  Welcome to the official discussion topic for the United Shops of Scratch (USS), a federation that offers its member shops order completion services, inclusion in an upcoming shop directory, and advice for maintaining them. Shops are also given equal representation in our federation, and may opt to receive a regular newsletter (which is still in the works.)
  
  Although the USS does not have active partnerships with any other shop federations at this moment, we are open to opening formal relations with others. A common line in our partnerships is the promise of providing mutual support: if one union begins to fail, the other will support them.
  
  The USS is currently led by its Head Department, which consists of Federation Owner 78ch3, President Austinato, Head Moderator MClovers, and Secretary p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-. We also have a few moderators which help get things done. We also are honored to have over 20 shops serving as members of our federation.

Concerning which shops have opted-in or opted-out, p (for short) said they are going to ask shops if they want to subscribe to it as part of the activity check they'll be carrying out within the next few days.

3. A seal that matches item one in this list.
