Info For Shops

What is an “orders center”?

You know how your shop probably has an unclaimed orders center? The IOC is somewhat similar! An orders center is an orders hub for all shops in the federation to use and submit orders that they do not have the capability or staff to complete! Workers from the orders center will then claim them and report back to the shop that submitted them when completed, so the shops can then notify the customer from there!

Why should I choose the IOC?

The IOC, or International Orders Center can help with almost everything! We offer reviews on request with friendly and experienced staff who have worked in many shops and federations. We also give shops many other original and effective perks for partnering with us which can be seen below and our workers strive to give convenience and professionalism to shops all around the forum!

Guidelines

Shop Guidelines

When submitting an order copy and paste the entire quote so we can complete the order as accurately as we can. Do not cut off any part of the form. An example would be below. It is your responsibility to submit the order before the deadline. If we can not finish on the exact date we will not be held accountable to the shop or the user. Please also notify us if your staff finishes the order so we can discard it.

Worker Guidelines

Scratcher status | At least 100 posts | At least 1 month on Scratch | Worked in at least one shop

General joining requirements state you must have the scratcher status, at least one hundred forum posts, and one month on Scratch (not four weeks, one month). You must also mention one shop that you worked in in the joining form and link examples of your work.

Workers are expected to be active in the federation by responding to activity checks and taking any orders that they can manage, along with generally being helpful to the federation.

All staff are required to perform proper forum etiquette; including but not limited to: not spamming or bumping the topic repeatedly, getting too off topic multiple times, constantly posting unnecessary content (such as images, emojis, etc.). Violation could result in a warning depending on the situation and the severity of the problem. Any problems will be handled by Milkysplash or I, or an HR manager.

Federation Admin Stuff Staff

Board of Directors
You must be part of the Shop Staff for at least two weeks before applying to be on the BoD.
Co-Presidents (Have complete control, step in when one is away): Milkysplash and GloryKitti
Vice President (Can do eveyrthing but edit the BoD, steps in when both Co-Presidents are away): OPEN
Secretary (Takes care of the orders center and checks on shops for unclaimed/overdue orders): GloryKitti
Assistant Secretary (Helps the Secretary): Milkysplash (tempoary)
Human Rescources Managers (Helps with unhappy orders and staff and shop disputes): OPEN, OPEN, OPEN, OPEN

Reviewers
Reviewers review any shop's Orders Center, checking for any unclaimed orders, and anything else on request

Helpout Staff

Helpout Staff help shops clear any shop's Orders Center by helping out with any orders that another shop can't complete, or the shop can't complete.

The Coders help with any complex coding orders, or any overdue coding orders on Scratch. (This does not include BBCode, that goes under Formatting)

Formatters format forums, and otehr stuff! They do BBCode, Profile/Studio Formatting, and HTML (HTML is isncluded here since HTML is TEHCNICALLY formatting)

Requirements

• You must have ‘scratcher’ status
  
• You must have at least 100 posts
  
• You must have been on scratch for at least 1 month (not 4 weeks, 1 month)
  
• You must have experience with the Requests forum.
  
• If applying for BoD, you must have 500+ Posts, and have worked here for at least two weeks.
