About the arctic shop:

I have worked with many shops during my three years on scratch. If there is one thing I have taken from this time is that it's not the big things that matter to customers, it is the smallest details that make a shop truly appealing. I chose for the name of the shop to be the arctic shop as in the far north of the world, the arctic circle the greatest phenomenon of nature is displayed, the northern lights, perfect in every way. This perfection is what we strive for, all our customers will enjoy the luxury experience of speed can quality. If you are not happy with your experience however, then we will use your feedback to adapt our service and redeliver, better each time.

At the arctic shop we offer a variety of services, expertly tailored to your every need. If there is a service you require but we do not offer, do not hesitate to request it here.

Customer terms:

1.1: You must leave at least 3 days for us to complete your order.
1.2: We reserve the right to refuse your order or postpone it by up to 2 days.
1.3: You have the right to cancel your order.
1.4: If you break these terms more than once you will be banned.
1.5: The codeword is SnowWolf.
1.6: You must credit the person who completed your order and the shop.
1.7: You may not give your order to a customer from another shop.
1.8: You have the right to make us redo your order.
1.9: Please respect our staff, other customers and follow the CGs.

Staff terms:

2.1: Treat all other staff and customers with respect.
2.2: Please respond to all activity checks unless you are on leave.
2.3: Only take orders for another person after 2 days of them not taking it.
2.4: Failure to comply with these terms will result in one strike.
2.5: 2 strikes is a demotion from the BoD, 3 means you will be fired. You can reapply after a week if you have been fired up to three times, however you cannot apply for the BoD.
2.6: Each satisfied customer looses you one strike.
2.7: The code word is theFrozenNorth.
2.8: A senior member may give you an order to complete.
2.9: For every positive review you will receive points. Points mean promotions.

Notification standards:

You are not obliged to read these.

At the arctic shop we believe staying informed is the secret to being efficient. Because of this you may receive notifications on your profile about an order or a pending application.
There are certain eventualities where a member of staff must notify a customer.

1. When we are unable to take your order, in which case we will redirect you to a partner shop.
2. When your order is postponed. We will give you the new date and the option to cancel,
3. Final consolation. When the product is finished be will notify you of its completion and ask you if there is anything you would like changing.
4. Clarification, if a member of staff needs something about your order clarifying.

We will also notify you about the status of your job or partnership application.
For example when:

There are mixed emotions within the BoD and department leaders in which case we will vote.
Your application has been accepted.
Your application has been forwarded to a department leader.
Your application has been declined along with the reasons why.

Staff also receive notifications for the following things:

When you are required to respond to a activity check.
When you have been summoned to a BoD meeting.
Upon your promotion.
For congratulations.
When you have been fired.

BoD:

All BoD positions have the power to call meetings and to summon, staff, partners or customers. Meetings are held in the comments of the BoD studio and can go on until we have reached a conclusion. You just have to reply to comments within a day rather than attend for the allotted time.

PR manager: Hiring [Communicates with customers and has the power to sort out problems.]
Head of marketing: Hiring [Gets the shop noticed and finds possible partners. Can accept partnerships and hire new members.]
Chair: @-EmeraldThunder- [Oversees the BoD meetings and is deputy to the assistant manager.]
Minute taker: Hiring [Takes minutes of the BoD meetings. The chair will compile minutes if absent.].

Heads of department:

All heads of department can appoint senior workers.

Head of programming: Hiring [Oversees all programming related orders, they can hire and fire within their department.]
Deputy: To be appointed
Head of sound: Hiring [Oversees all sound related orders, they can hire and fire within their department.]
Deputy: To be appointed
Head of art: @PeriwinkleVibes [Oversees all art related orders, they can hire and fire within their department.]

1.1: You must be of a high enough rank to clear partnerships or have written permission from someone who does.
1.2: The shop must produce similar products to this shop.

Unclaimed orders:
Our dedicated team of staff work very hard to complete all the orders you send our way however it may be a few days before we are free to take your orders. After three days feel free to bump the order up or ask us to pass it to one of our partners.

Overdue orders:
We are sorry if your order is overdue, we may have a staff shortage or just be at a busy time. Ask us on one of our profiles or ask one of our partners to complete it if it is more than 2 days overdue.

Completed orders:
Check here first if you think your order is overdue,. This section will be cleared once a fortnight to prevent overcrowing.
