1. What do you mean “more like the actual mascot”? It is the “actual mascot”. Are you referring to the lack of outlines? That's a consistent theme across the scratch-www pages.
   
2. Gradients aren't really something that the scratch-www design uses. Gradients are more of a 1.x thing, and 1.x was almost a decade ago now.

The background of scratch pages is usually white. The font is not the same, and the stop sign is not Scratch style. But still cool!

I like the 403 design, but i have no opinions about support or no supporting.

The gobo needs to have something like a outline, and the sign needs to maybe have a shadow.

Also, I like this idea. There is a page for every page, if so, why shouldn't we have a page for page 403?
