Hey dude! (Sorry if you're not a dude, I call everyone “dude”)

I appreciate the fact that you want to keep the Shop Directory updated, but it appears you've already mentioned this five days ago. I know updates in the SD can be slow, but I'm sure the owner has a lot on his/her hands, and it's really difficult to keep one of these things running.

Don't misunderstand. I'm sure you had no intent to be mean or irritating, and really I don't think that you are. Don't walk away from this post thinking “oh, that person's just being a smart aleck wise guy”. All I mean by this post is that we all need to learn to be more patient with busy people.
