Your pronouns are the way we should refer to you. For example:
Let's ask for his help.
She asked to see me.
They are very nice.

There are neopronouns (non-standard pronouns that are more often used by lgbtq+ people) as well. For example:
Ae can't tell me what to do.
Xey won't stop what they are doing.
Ze is currently helping, ask when zey are not busy.
