• 1.0: You must respond to activity checks or you will get a strike.
  
• 1.1: 3 strikes and you will be fired.
  
• 1.2: 2 strikes for BoD members is a demotion.
  
• 1.3: You must be friendly to staff and other staff.
  
• 1.4: You must include the word snowflake in your application.
  
• 1.5: The manager's decision is final.
  
• 1.6: Do not abuse your power.
  
• 1.7: Follow the CG's.
  
• 1.8: Only take an order that has been requested to be done by someone else if it is unclaimed after 2 days.
  
• 1.9: Listen to the BoD as they have the power to give strikes.

The terms seem fair to all user's but it may be a bit hard to enforce the two week experience part.
Maybe ask them to post evidence from previous shops they have worked for.
