I encourage you to apply - being a worker is pretty much what you're already doing, with the added bonus that you can take orders! There are no obligations - so if you're busy you can just be a bit less active here for a while.

Please stop saying that - we have conditions workers have to meet to be promoted, we don't just randomly promote people. It's great that you like the work, and you can tell the worker that, but please don't tell them you think they should be promoted
