Any experience in other shops?: Yes, I have owned the Nougat Shoppe and co-founded SEA, currently own the Oreo Shop and Starlite Layouts, and have worked in (pencil) Lightning Studios, The Spotlight Shop, the Legendary Studio, and Silver and Gold. I currently work at 78ch3's Everything Shop. (I may have worked at Perfect Pearls, but at this point I have no idea.)
