While the BoD can discuss joining, it’s up to the owner in the end.

I’m just gonna end this here. Due to staff behaviour, this shop is no longer able to join the SSRAF in the future. I’ve noted down information about this issue for future reference.

The SSRAF has a clear policy that states only the owner has the final decision. We will allow the Co-owner to make the decision as well, however I did not receive any denial or acceptance from Floating-muffins. This is because the owner has the highest power of any representative and therefore has the final say in an invitation. Pie declined anyway, and that’s fine. However, what’s not fine is people continuing to argue.

Do please understand that Pie is currently inactive and you will have to wait for a few days until she comes back on again. We respect your rules that only the owner can accept or decline offers, and Pie has actually contacted us, the BoD, privately and has told us she agrees with the decision. I also used to be my forms' (at school) form rep, so I have experience in this sort of thing.
