you’re purposely ignoring this, i can tell. the fact you are ignoring this on purpose is taking my rating of your shop down to a 0. not only do you not complete orders, you ignore your customers when they have a complaint! you haven’t even tried to apologise! absolutely appalling. i will keep checking this topic until you have given me a reply and apology. i’m cancelling my order due to the fact that it is 11 days after my deadline and it is still not completed.
