Anxiety is completely normal. Tell me what your anxious about (i have literally felt things 10x worse than the average teen yet I'm not in secondary school/middle school) and I can help. Actually, while I'm here (SCRATCH IS NOT GIVING ME NOTIFS) anyway, does anyone have any advice on anxiety, panic attacks or something like that?

Okay, so, I'm anxious about going back to school because of the bullies and everything. I also get panic attacks occasionally for certain things. I have a lot of fears and those fears combined don't help me. Okay, list of fears: injections, spiders, loud noises, busy public places, public speaking, being stared at and photos being taken (scopophobia), being alone, rain, presenting and going in front of the class, the dark, stage fright. A lot of these things can give me panic attacks on anxiety.Anxiety is completely normal. I was born with a low pain threshold, spiders aren’t that bad, loud noises remind me of my friends on mic, busy public places aren’t to bad, public speaking requires courage, being stared at requires courage, being alone is fine, rain is just water, presenting is easy, darkness is just low vision and stage fright is common. What kind of bullies… PUNCH THEM IN THE NOSE ~snip~
Okay, so, I'm anxious about going back to school because of the bullies and everything. I also get panic attacks occasionally for certain things. I have a lot of fears and those fears combined don't help me. Okay, list of fears: injections, spiders, loud noises, busy public places, public speaking, being stared at and photos being taken (scopophobia), being alone, rain, presenting and going in front of the class, the dark, stage fright. A lot of these things can give me panic attacks on anxiety.
And I realise that is a lot but I honestly can't help it
I'm quite sure injections aren't that common, spiders just stay away from them, close your windows and plug in your ears, take deep breathes and breathe, WHY ARE PEOPLE TAKING PHOTOS OF YOU, get a pet, stop raining don't be out when it's pouring, try not to present but if so BREATHE and think when this is over it's over. Turn on a dim light too.

i have knowledge in psychology so it might be good if you have anxiety or panic attacks go into a cool room, get some rest on a bed/couch and lay an ice pack on your eyes

i was young when i had to get my blood drawn. the dumb nurse wasn't experienced and so ended up digging in my skin for 30 minutes and after giving up she asked someone else and i ended up getting two needles stuck in my arm that sad day. As for the public speaking i do that a lot as i am an oceanist and i have to make presentations at least once every month to seniors and scientists Not to bragOkay, so, I'm anxious about going back to school because of the bullies and everything. I’m anxious to see the true form of my teachers since I already confirmed one to be a bad teacher before they started acting bad… I’m also anxious about bullies too but I’m a black belt in karate so I can defend myself against physical attacks… Get a dog if you don’t like being lonely just make sure it stays with and doesn’t betray you by choosing somebody else in your family… If you don’t like people taking photos of you then turn your back to the person who is taking the photo… I also got anxiety when I go into a large crowd and for presenting, just act like no one is there other than your teacher who is grading you.

Bullies- Where possible, don't say a word and try not to make eye contact
Injections- I screamed when I had mine. It's normal as I know lots of people who take them (my dad being one), or don't like them. For this one, think of something you love as it's happening and you'll forget you even had an injection.
Spiders- Unless it's big, there's not much to fear. Try to whack them with whatever you've got, and forget why you even whacked it in the first place.
Loud noises- Try to find a quiet natural place when you can to just unwind.
Public places- You might be an ambivert like me. An ambivert is someone who is energised by alone time and parties (both depend how large). For this, avoid crowded places. This is best done in a quiet area in a library or again, somewhere natural. Try to bring a couple friends over as well
Photos and being stared at- Ask friends and family not to take pictures of you a lot. Try to hide your face when your stared at or when someone tries to take a picture.
Public speaking/Presenting in Class (all of which give you stage fright)- Don't look at the audience. Forget that they exist. Read your lines with confidence.
Alone- This one solves some of your problems. If you don't like being alone, do it for a small space of time everyday.
The dark- Keep a small light around you, even when you're sleeping (I do this too but I'm not afraid) turn it on and make sure to charge it or change the batteries regularly.
You can try aromatherapy, or regularly look online about things to make you happy because one of these would make you happy. I hope that I've helped and sorry for large post as well as late reply.

Idk what school is like where you live but I'm not often with my friends in class, well, I wasn't last year or year before as most of my friends are in other houses. Yes, I am an ambivert and also some of these things are hard in school. Because it agitates me people purposely try to scare me just for a laugh. And with presenting I have a panic attack before I've even got up there, same with injections

I don't have a lot of friends and in 3rd grade, my friends, who I fell out with the next grade, weren't in my class. Come to my mini kingdom (look in my profile)Idk what school is like where you live but I'm not often with my friends in class, well, I wasn't last year or year before as most of my friends are in other houses.
