The House is a place where people from shops can have their say in how they are helped. Representatives must follow the shop, show up to meetings (if available) and just represent their shops.
As I've mentioned in a previous post, the amount of seats you have is also equal to the amount of votes your shop gets.
Since the vote was created when the 9th House was active, that is the house that applies.

ARTICLE 1: ARGUMENTS VERSUS DEBATES

Luckily, we were able to sort that last argument out pretty quickly. This doesn't always happen. A long time ago, a 20-page fight occurred in the now-defunct currency ShopBux. It was damaging to all parties mental health. We don't want a repeat of this in the Diamond Union. We're an organization built on trust, friendship and love. This should be the only behaviour-related bill that should have to be passed.
