Order Statuses
Pending - The order has not been claimed for over a month or has passed its due date still unclaimed and we have asked the user is they still want their order. Pending orders are in goldenrod.
Unclaimed - These orders have been placed less than a month ago and have not been taken. Please take urgently! Unclaimed orders are in red, and also bold. Any workers who have not taken orders in the past two weeks will be contacted and asked if they can take any of the unclaimed orders here, and I will coordinate with the HR manager to do this.
Claimed, overdue - The worker who took this order has not completed it by the deadline, and it must be done quickly. As a notice to the worker, the order is in red, but not bold. The worker will then be given two weeks to complete the order or the order will be passed over to another worker.
Claimed, before deadline - The order has been claimed by a worker. Claimed orders are in green if they are not due yet.
All unclaimed orders will be reposted each week! If I forget to do this, please remind me!
