Terms of Use

Customers
1.1- We respect your needs as our customer, and understand that you have the right to make a complaint. However, complaints directed at a specific worker's activity outside of the shop will not be tolerated.
1.2- If your order is delayed, you may ask about it. If it is not in the UOC, please contact a worker immediately.
1.3- If any employee is disrespectful or otherwise rude, you may let someone know. However, the same applies to you.
1.4- In the case that your order is unable to be completed, we will notify you on your profile unless otherwise specified.
1.5- Keep in mind that an employee may be in a different timezone than you are.

Employees
2.1- By working at our shop, you acknowledge that you may be fired, though that is a last resort.
2.2- You may claim orders that are not in your current specialties. Do not, however, claim an order that you do not have the ability to complete.
2.3- If you wish to take leave, you must let someone know.
2.4- Please do not take any orders until you are accepted or have finished training.
2.5- Please be respectful to the customers.

Partners
3.1- By partnering with us, keep in mind that orders may be forwarded to you.
3.2- There are no benefits that come from ordering while working in a partnered shop.
3.3- You may forward orders to us, but it is possible that w are unable to complete them.
3.4- We may ask if the shop is still active before continuing with the partnership.
3.5- If you are not the owner of the shop, please link to permission granted from the shop owner.

Why you should choose me: I would like to experience being in a shop and also want a reason to hone my scratch skills.
