No. For picrew it's not stealing as there are tons of icon creators there and you can personalize them.. For google images, if you use it you MUST give credit on your profile or that's theft.

Well, then, the thing is, profile pictures doesn't mean fetching pictures from the internet… It means making your own profile pictures… That's why our customer was so unsatisfied with the order - getting profile pictures from Google was never the point and never will be the point…

Sorry if I sound slightly mean or different today, I'm tired and I had a very intermittent sleep this morning, so I think tomorrow I'll have a fresher mind. Just trying my best to finish writing everything - however, one thing is that I'm definitely NOT implementing the unstriking terms today if the votes are yes. I'll do that tomorrow, I've got enough other stuff to write down and I feel like I'll explode if I do much more in one day.

UNSTRIKING SYSTEM POLL RESULTS
All voters and team members must read entire post.

Hello there, people, welcome to another interesting Poll Results post with results on whether a certain suggestion is going to be implemented to the shop or not. This one is another suggestion by me (Nambaseking01), and I think we're all aware that the Longarms community has a bias and tend to downvote my ideas for some reason, which I totally respect and even think is a little funny (I mean, come on, it starts to get funny if people just cast your ideas down). And I also feel more proud, because only my suggestions have received a special result, like the poll becoming a tie or the feature not getting implemented.

But another thing related to me: I have been procrastinating a lot on these poll jumble posts due to me being “demotivated” or “distracted”, and by the looks of me constantly postponing everything, I'm basically going in the same direction as my reckless self in SUCS, and I can't let that happen. For the people who know about the MBTI character indicator, which I'm sure many of you know, I'm perceiving in the last category - which means I always procrastinate and get more energy to do things at the last second rather than at the first.

But being a leader and matching the qualities of a perceiving person is not a good sign, and I also can't change my character, and therefore I'm going to be practicing a lot to change my procrastinating habits. It's technically impossible to change your character (that would be like trying to change your look without doing a plastic surgery), but I can fetch some aspects from the other type of character, which is judging (I know a lot of people who work in this shop who are judging, which is extremely lucky for me, I can just mirror them)

And if I slowly start practicing that and quit constantly procrastinating on these posts, then I can do everything consistently and well. Not only these posts, but everything - editing the front page posts, changing the banners, posting the daily advertisements, and most importantly, announcing the changes about what will happen when school starts to balance this shop. I will be working really hard on being a good leader and not ruining everything like I did in SUCS, and if I ever try to procrastinate, remind me of my goal and try to force me into doing the work somehow even if I'm reluctant and I will NOT report you for it.

Anyways though, before I get into a rant and about how guilty and ashamed I feel of myself, I think we can just get to what's relevant here. This suggestion is about making a new unstriking system, which is really very complicated and cannot be explained here, and you'll have to read this really large post (yes >:3) to understand if you haven't yet. We really shouldn't drift off though, shouldn't we? We really need to see these results–

Yes, please, I really think firing should be taken much more seriously and this feature would help so much for team members who have done nearly nothing wrong. Additionally, notices and appeals will really make it easier for people to reapply and additionally boost the professionalism of this shop. - 91.76%
No, I feel like strikes are better and less complicated - team members deserve a fire if they get 4 strikes and they can infinitely reapply anyway. - 8.33%
I don't know, I sorta agree with both and don't know what to choose.. - 0.00%

Wow, that's unusual - I don't there's been much polls that have over a 90% vote for a single option - that's very different from the normal results! Especially for one of my suggestions (OK, I must admit, I'm starting to behave a little hypocritical on this whole my suggestions thing)! Well then, this is good news, I'm obviously happy since I have a good bias towards this idea and I also think that this would really be a good addition to the Terms and Conditions (and the shop, of course, they're not just random terms but the change of this shop)

Anyways, I will not be implementing the unstriking terms immediately because I'm very tired of staring at my computer, and I still have to write the Back To School updates, so that will be enough work for me and I had a very intermittent sleep this morning, so I think I might take a break, go for a walk in my garden for a bit, maybe watch a movie or read a book for a few hours, then go to bed. Even though I'm sleepy, it's not like I can go sleep on six in the evening, I still have some voice acting orders to finish, a video to edit, and dinner to eat.

Anyways, bye! I'm not going to spend time writing this post anymore, I still have a lot to do today and I can't just extend this and keep procrastinating.

I've spoke to the customer and here's what I'll do:
Make my own pfp's and only use Picrew icon creators IF requested (for pfp's I might use fotor or canva if possible)
Make sure orders I specialize in aren't overdue
If there's any important information like a specialist that could take an order is on leave I will notify the customer
Also ask if they want a do-over, new deadline and all.

But the text on the board was being written, and it explained everything that was going to be changed when school started.

Back To School Changes
To keep shop active and well and not put too much workload on people.

Daily Advertisements will be switched to Weekly Advertisements, meaning that daily partnership advertisements will only be posted once every weekend.
Poll Jumble results will also only be posted once every weekend, to reduce the amount of long posts in the week.
Activity checks will only happen once every three weeks, since many team members might be inactive, and all activity checks must last at least five days.
BoD members must start creating their own front pages just in case the president / vice president go inactive randomly or leave other BoD members in charge (more info tomorrow - don't worry if you're a BoD member and you are confused).
Shop will be closed to orders on all vacations except for next Summer holidays, and we will only allow team members applications, daily advertisements, and Poll Jumble posts.
There will be no restrictions to the amount of people applying to be a team member as we need as much as possible to survive through schooldays and keep this shop active.
All of the terms listed here will be removed when the Summer holidays starts / coronavirus goes up like crazy and online school itself stops for some reason (we would need to be very unlucky for that to happen).
These will be added to the Terms and Conditions as Schoolday Terms tomorrow.
