Brief description of what you need: it's rather complicated. Black background, my username, on a 20 degree angle, in the centre, in light (not too light) neon blue, with a neon sign effect (including light effect). Mudsplatter effect behind the text, in orange. Graffiti above the the neon sign, but not to close.

Also there's a lot of anti-kumquat equipment to protect this siggy but the kumquats are too scared to come within 100 kilometres of me. Perhaps it was the untold events of September 9th, 2018.

Do you have any more comments: The mudsplatter is pink, not orange, and I did not ask for the @ symbol, but otherwise it is mostly alright. I’m more disappointed that the order was not completed on time (a full 3 days late).
