NYCDOT: Owner, Founder, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
NYCDOT has been on Scratch for more than two yearsand also uses the fourms regularly and edits the Wiki. After a bad try of starting this, they created this shop and will make sure each and every order will be done the SCS way. They say “Scratch On!”

MClovers: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
MClovers has been on Scratch for nearly 5 years and loves coding. He loves helping people get started and is an amazing leader. Be yourself and trust yourself. That's the MClovers way.

VACANT: Senior Secretary
The Senior Secretary handles CEO and COO activities.

The Chief of Project, Studio, and Forum Ideas oversee the Ideas Department. They help customers with ideas for their project, studio or forum topic

The Chief of Art Creation oversee the Art Department. They create art, like backdrops and intros, for customers.

The Public Relations Officer oversee the Public Relations Department. They collect customer reviews, advertising, and customer initiatives, like rewards.

Rules, Rights, Regulations

Section 1: The Employees
1.1: Employee Leave
1.1.1: Employees are entitled to 12 Leaves with Pay and 5 Leaves without Pay per year.
1.1.2: Employees who need more leaves are to contact the Human Resources Officer.
1.1.3: Employees who are found violating this rule shall be Suspended from work. (See Disciplinary Actions)
- 1.1.3.1: Employees may appeal this by contacting the Human Resources Officer.
1.2: Employee Rights
1.2.1: Employees have the right to deny service when deemed necessary. Instances of being necessary include the customer being banned, having another order being processed, being a duplicate order, or impossible orders.
1.2.2: Employees have the right to resign.
1.2.3: Employees have the right to protest against the shop or any other affiliate shops (go on strike) with appropriate reasoning. Appropriate behavior for going on strike include unfair treatment and and corruptness. If the reasoning is deemed inappropriate for a strike by the CEO, COO, and Human Resources Officer, the employees part of the strike will face Disciplinary Action.

Section 2: The Customers
2.1: Customer Rights
2.1.1: Customers have the right to place an order at any given time, but only one at a time.
2.1.2: Customers have the right to request Human Resources perform an audit an employee of any choice for only the following reasons: Suspicion of Corruption, Suspicion of Intentional “Bad-Quality” Service, and Rude Behavior.
2.2: Customer Regulations
2.2.1: Customers must have a real order. Real orders include “can you please give me an idea for a project involving Star Wars?” or “Can you please rate my animation project?” Non-real orders include “yo yo yo yo yo my project the best” and “I need ideas NOW.”
2.2.2: Customers can only have one order at a time.
2.2.3: Customers cannot advertise their projects and/or their shops in this shop. However, if the customer's signature has a advertisement, it is exempt to this rule.
2.3: Disciplinary Action
2.3.1: Customers in minor violation of the Rules, Rights, and Regulations will be not allowed to have an order from that moment to the end of the week. Minor violations include advertising their projects and/or shops or having an unintentional rude joke.
2.3.2: Customers in major violation of Rules, Rights, and Regulations will be banned.

Section 3: Closures
3.1: Days Opened and Closed
2.1.1: The Scratch Century Shop shall not accept, work on, or complete forms on the following days: January 1 (New Years), January 21 (M.L.K.'s Birthday), last Monday in May (Memorial Day), July 4 (US Independence Day), September 11 (Twin Tower and Pentagon Attacks-Never Forget), last Thursday in November (Thanksgiving), and December 31 (New Years Eve).
3.1.1: All other days shall be a day that The Scratch Century Shop shall be in full operation.
3.2: Closure Request
3.2.1: Employees shall be able to request through the COO or CEO for a new day of closure. They will announce their decision, at the maximum, 3 days later.
3.2.2: The CEO shall be allowed to remove a day of closure at any time.

Section 4: Acts and Orders
4.1: Authority of Acts
4.1.1: The CEO and COO are able to create laws regarding rule enforcement and the betterment of the shop and/or its customers. This shall apply to all people working with the shop and all customers of the shop.
4.1.2: If a general consensus is formed that the employees wish to vote on it, they will be able to via Strawpoll or other Scratch-approved voting websites.
4.2: Authority of Orders
4.2.1: All Department Officers are able to create orders regarding the betterment of their department. This shall apply to all employees, and if applicable, all customers.
4.2.2: If a general consensus is formed that the employees wish to vote on it, they will be able to via Strawpoll or other Scratch-approved voting websites.
4.3: Divisions
4.3.1: All acts shall apply to any division of The Scratch Century Shop.
4.3.2: The Director of a division shall be able to create orders for its employees.
