Detailed description:
So, before anyone looks at your page, they are going to see the thread's title. Your shop's title is in small font with no symbols, so I'd recommend jazzing it up with fancy fonts and/or symbols. As soon as people click into the tread, they see your banner. The main problem is that your banner is blurry. Lots of people won't trust a photo service that makes blurry banners. You should also work on the color scheme and the design. I'd recommend getting a banner from Buzzy Bee Banners!

Scrolling down a bit, I would add a welcome and an about us section. I would also make a rules section and put the bold sentence there. I'd recommend adding a review section to the front page and/or news section. I would definitely add in a directory. Currently, all your pages look simple and normal. I'd recommend BBcode, symbols, and fancy fonts to give it a professional and unique style.

Detailed Description: I'm guessing that editing the photos takes a long time, and reguy7 responds to the customer's comment after he/she is done with the photo. It would be really nice, if he/she could respond to the order with something like the word taken, so the customers don't feel like they've been forgotten. I had really broad guidelines, and I'm quite happy with the results! It was really nice to see a nice little notification on my profile when it was done.

Detailed description:
So, obviously the first thing anyone will see is the title. One of the first things I noticed was, your slogan wasn't in your title. I'd defiantly add that in. Other than that, your title seems pretty effective, using both fancy fonts and symbols. The smaller font may be overlooked, but it really matches your peaceful and simple theme, so I wouldn't worry about it. Your banner is beautiful and matches the theme, so makes it seems more professional. You sell banners though, so it would be nice to have a banner made by your staff, as extra portfolio. Great job so far!

Moving down a bit, I love how you've made the place sorta like a cafe! That lovely blue color in your headings is really pretty, and matches the rest of your page rather well. I'd recommend using the color on all the headings on every page, rather than the black and green on the other pages. It's a unique move to put the menu above the banner, so it may be more difficult to find, but personally I like how unique and memorable it is. I'd definitely add a lot more to my worker form, like how devoted will you be, haw active are you, a couple examples of your work, codeword, or some other things. Definitely add codewords for ordering and joining the staff, so you know that they've read the rules.

All your pages seem a bit crammed, maybe space them out more with wider gaps between the info. I'd a a BoD or board of directors to your shop, just to make running it a little bit easier. I'll definitely recommend monthly activity checks to make sure all your workers are active. I'd add in a portfolio, so people can see what your shop has created so far.

Overall, your shop seems quite professional and friendly! It's really beautiful with the peaceful and simplistic style. You can definitely improve farther, and I hope to help you along that journey!

Detailed Description: My order was taken in two hours and completed in around a day. I expected sooner, but the border I ordered was really nice! All the staff seemed polite, friendly, and eager to take, and complete orders. I didn't get a notification on my profile, which makes it easy to forget about your order. Definitely, make sure you notify your customers when their order is done!

Detailed Description: The only thing I ordered was a border with no specific guidelines, so it completely fit my order! The border(⤛————☯————⤛) didn't really match my style and wasn't what I was looking for, but that is mostly from my lack of complicated instructions.

Overall, Under The Willow Tree is a reliable and beautiful design cafe! Even though the shop is great right now, I'm sure that there are ways to get better and expand further!
