The problem is, we can't host all of the activity checks in weekends on purpose just because one team member can respond on time for the next six months, and we can't let @LankyBox01 get fired in that period on purpose due to their school work. Of course, they could go on leave, which would be the best solution, but six months is way too much. One month has approximately 30 days, and 30 x 6 is 180 days - and if we take away all of the weekends which there are approximately 4 of in every month, then we can do 4 x 6, which is 24.

180 - 24 is 156 (actually, it can even be increased to 159, because three months out of the six have 31 days and not 30) days, and one month and a half is only 45-46 days. So even if LankyBox01 managed to come online in the weekends, their leave would be 159 days and way larger than the maximum requirement. So we're really stuck in a big screw here.

The only solution is that LankyBox01 resigns for the next six months then rejoins afterwards, but they would lose their second vice president position and I don't think they'd be willing to do that.

Being realistic, most of us will be most active on weekends. I think that it shouldn't be how much time your offline, but how frequently you are active, so one and a half months is the maximum time between reasonable activity here.

Actually, it would be 4 months, i'll be back for a month, and then leave again for 5 months.

I've come to the conclusion after reading all of these posts that I'll not be putting @LankyBox01 on leave - when school starts, all of us will be slightly inactive on the weekdays and we can't therefore put everyone on leave - they'll have time to come online in the mornings or late evenings anyway (and if they can't, you have weekends). If they can't respond to activity checks, they'll get a strike as per usual, and they do, they won't. So, the leave matter is closed now then.

Time to make the post regarding the unstriking system - and if everyone from the original discussion agrees with it, then we can start a poll about it in the Poll Jumble and– OH SHOOT, I HAVE TO CHANGE THE BANNER

Seriously though, that's great news! The more people that will be active on schooldays, the better - I was actually worrying if the shop would remain stable from September onwards, because I also started my last shop in Summer and when school started the activity started to go a little out of hand - I remember even discussing it when another currency owner.

My school starts on the first of September, and I probably won't even be nearly as active as now, so if the entire BoD and team member group works together to keep the shop up (I'll help a lot too, of course), that would be a wonderful solution and also an awesome job to do. Anyways, going to start work on the unstriking system suggestion now (for real… *crickets chirp* no, seriously, FOR REAL…)

Hey folks, I might not be able to finish the unstriking rules today - and please don't take this the wrong way as if I'm behaving lazy, but it's because I have a lot of ideas to add in, and I have to leave to a shop with my parents very soon - so the unstriking suggestion can only be done tomorrow. But a sneak peek: there will be new types of strikes, new types of ways to get rid of them, and a lot of other stuff. If you see me active, it's only because of a reason I've said before: I don't know when I'll leave, but I don't want to start writing because of that reason because I might have to leave when I'm halfway / almost done, which would be annoying and frustrating.

Hello and welcome to Stretch it Out! This will be a 7 minute long relaxing session. This will stretch your body so be careful.

Our first position is hanging forward. For an extra challenge, hold the backs of either your ankles or knees.

Now, you have time to get into your next position. Simply step through one of your legs and lean over.

You should feel a stretch along the quadricep of your back leg.

Now swap to the other leg.

The next position will be as far down as you can get into the front splits.

If you aren't down to the floor yet, focus on staying upright but if you are already there and want a challenge, try to reach your front foot.

Now swap to the other leg.

For the next position, we will be in side splits, also known as box splits. Your legs should be as wide as possible for you. Now, lean over to one side.

You should get a stretch down the side of your body.

Now swap to the other side.

For your next stretch, bend one leg in and stretch over to the opposite side.

You should get a stretch down the side of your body once again.

Now swap to the other side.

For this stretch, do the same thing but face your leg. This means that you should get a stretch along the back of your leg.

And once again, swap to do the same on your other leg.

For your penultimate stretch, bring your legs together in front of you and fold over as far as you can.

If you aren't there yet, aim for your forehead on your shins not your nose on your knees.

For your final stretch today, bring your body to downward dog.

The aim here is to get your heels on the floor. You should feel a stretch along the backs of your knees.
