Rules

Employees:
Please be respectful of customers and employees.
You must fill out the “Leave” form to notify us if you need to leave or resign.
Follow the Scratch Community Guidelines
All active employees must do the activity check

Customers:
Please be respectful to our employees
Please allow at least 3 days for the employees to complete your order.
Your order must follow the Community Guidelines.

Activity Checks

All active employees must respond to activity checks within 1 week
Activity checks will be called every month

Strikes, Citations, and Firings

A citation is marked by this: ^
A strike is marked by this: *

A citation can occur when an employee:

• Fails to complete an activity check
  
• Fails to complete the leave form
  
• Does not complete an order within 3 days after the due date
  

A strike can occur when an employee:

• Fails to complete 3 activity checks
  
• Receives 3 citations
  
• Does not complete 3 orders
  
  

  A firing occurs when an employee:

  
  
• Fails to respond to 5 activity checks or receives 9 citations (in other words, receives 3 strikes)
  
• Takes more than 5 leaves in a month
  
• Does not follow the Community Guidelines or Terms of Use.
