Workers
1. Two warnings are one strike.
2. If you're on the BoD and get a strike, you get demoted.
3. If you get three strikes, you're fired.
4. If you don't respond to a activity check, you get a warning.
5. If you are ever rude or mean, you get 1-2 strikes.
6. All positions on the BoD are not open through application.
7. I will choose workers that I trust to be on the BoD.
8. You must include the codeword in your application or else it won't be accepted. The codeword is: the sun is a star.

Customers
1. You can cancel your order
2. You can check in to see how soon you will be reviewed.
3. You can request monthly reviews.
4. If one of our suggestions causes your shop to get less business, you can't complain about it. We don't like getting wrapped up in this sort of thing.
5. You can't request a different member of our shop to do your review
6. If you are ever rude or mean, your order gets canceled
