Layout and Formatting, 9.5/10

You have a directory, which is always helpful. Your banner is of a high-quality standard. You have a post for banners which is helpful, and your rules are helpful and easy to understand. I like how in the portfolio, reviews, partnerships, and federations it says “None Yet, be the first!” as it really encourages people to partner/order/review! You also have an order cancellation form, which I don't know how it will be helpful, but it is a unique addition to this shop.

My order was taken quickly and finished on the same day, well done! When it was finished, I got a message on my profile, which is helpful for customers who didn't follow the topic! However, there are still some improvements! Well, only two to be exact. This was the message I received.

The thumbnail I received was a really high quality, with some creative additions that I didn’t ask for! It was perfect, and this is where Milky Way Thumbnails really shines. Some shops that complete orders almost immediately sometimes don’t have really high quality, but this is different.

Overall, 28.5/30

Milky Way Thumbnails is the go-to shop for all your thumbnail needs! With a few tweaks, this shop could grow to become much bigger. This shop really has amazing potential.
