Banner: 9.5/10- I'm not really sure that you need 2 banners. But its your shop not mine. But both banners are pretty, and a not too cluttered or fancy. So its good!

Quality: 10/10- Due to the uniqueness of the shops product it has to be good, which is was!

CS: 8/10- I have to say that I was a little shocked that there was no ‘taken’ but someone just had said your order is completed. So I'd recommend saying ‘taken’ or something like that.

OE: 9/10- If you are looking for poetry, you have to come here because ther is no other shop like this one! I'd only recommend just saying ‘taken’ but otherwise great job on your shop!
