First Looks - 10/10
First of all, your shop looks attractive with all your gradients, fancy text and sybols. This is bound to draw customers in!

Service - 10/10
Even though this was a one-person shop, my order was done within 2 hours of it being placed. And despite not being able to see cubeupload, you kindly worked around it, and this means 5-flag service! (See what i did there? XD)

Forms - 9/10
The forms were pretty standard, however, the last bit was a bit may be a bit confusing to some people - you might want to add a guide on filling out the forms.

Product - 9.5/10
The product was quality! You might want to make the watermark blend in a bit more and put it somewhere where it is harder to cut out.

Overall - 9.5/10
This shop looks great - somewhere where I would defintley want to come again! All your layouts with the gradients were the finest, however, I would change the gradients for the Shoppe Rules to make it easier to read. (It was kinda hard to read the top part) Other than that, great shop and I hope you are sucessful in the future!
